First dance of the school year----- Friday, Oct. 21st
The first is in regard to ticket sales. Students must buy tickets for the dances during lunch periods the week of the dance. No tickets will be sold at the door. Tickets will be $6 dollars each. If a student buys a ticket, but cannot make the dance, a refund will be issued. The purpose of this process is to create a more organized check-in process at the beginning of each dance and to help us be better prepared in anticipation of the number of students attending.
Secondly, to have a more safe and controlled dismissal process, we are also asking that parents enter the building at the end of each dance to sign students out. If students will be carpooling, we ask that students bring in written permission to leave with an adult other than their parent. A note can be submitted to Mr. Rehrig during the week of the dance or at the beginning of the dance while checking in.
As always, dances will begin at 7 PM and end at 9:30 PM. We ask that you be prompt with the 9:30 PM pick-up time. Students are not permitted to walk to or home from the dance. Dress code and school rules and policies still apply. If a student is on probation or is not in school on the day of the dance, the student will not be admitted. A refund will be issued if a student bought a ticket.
